Eligibility & Account Information This platform is intended for individuals associated with Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs), including members, directors, CEOs, staff, and facilitators. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your name, FPO name, CIN number, state, and contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out under your account. 2. FPO & Group Association Your account will be automatically linked to a LearnDash group based on the FPO name provided during registration. If the FPO group does not already exist, it may be created automatically by the system. This group association is used only for learning management, reporting, and certification purposes. 3. Course Access & Certification Upon successful registration and activation, you will receive access to the assigned training modules available on the platform. Certificates will be issued only after successful completion of course requirements, as defined within each module. Certificates generated by NAFPO Academy are for learning and recognition purposes and do not constitute statutory or regulatory certification unless explicitly stated. 4. Use of Platform Content All course materials, videos, documents, assessments, and certificates are the intellectual property of NAFPO or its content partners. You may use the content only for personal and professional learning. Redistribution, resale, reproduction, or misuse of content without written permission is strictly prohibited. 5. Data Usage & Privacy Your personal and organisational information will be used solely for training delivery, platform administration, reporting, and communication related to NAFPO Academy. NAFPO does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.
